Come People of God
03:44
|
|||
Come people of God
To the throne of his grace
Secure through the blood
Of the lamb who we praise!
Draw near now to him
Praising all he has done!
He's paid for the sin
Of each one who will come!
Lord of all we come!
Holy of holies, glorious God!
Praising all you've done!
Brought near by the blood of Jesus
Come saints of the Lord
Lift your hearts to the day
When life is restored
And when death flees away
With hope burning bright
Look ahead and press on
Fear not for the night
Will soon turn to the dawn
Lord of all we come!
Come saints old and young
For together we go
The race to be run
Can’t be triumphed alone
This family of ours
By his grace we are one!
His love in our hearts
His salvation our song
Lord of all we come!

Jesus I will walk with you
Companion for the way
My constant friend and faithful guide
Beside me every day
Through times of winter harsh and bare
Through summer's gentle breeze
I'll walk with faith and hope and love
For Jesus walks with me
Jesus I will walk with you
Attentive to your voice
In every written word you speak
And make my heart rejoice
Though now I walk an unseen road
In prayer I know your peace
And walk with persevering faith
For Jesus walks with me
Jesus I will walk with you
The way of victory
The stranglehold of sin is gone
Your blood has set me free
And though my sin is deep and dark
Your spirit's power will be
My daily strength to walk with you
For Jesus walks with me
Jesus I will walk with you
Salvation's ancient way
Where countless saints have walked before
And triumphed by your grace
Your faithfulness their victory song
Their joyful voice agrees
There is no better way to walk
For Jesus walks with me.

Is anything too hard for you
Whose name is majesty?
A word creates a breath destroys
The greatest enemy
You never tire or sleep
Your hands are strong to keep
O lord is anything too hard for you?
Your strength is stronger
Your love is more
Your reach is further
Your promise sure
Lord our God, is there anything too hard for you?
Is anyone too lost for you
Whose heart is love divine?
Rejoicing when the lost return
You came to seek and find
Your cross lights up the way
Back home to you today
O lord is anyone too lost for you?
Your strength....
Is anywhere too dark for you
Who speaks and light appears?
Exposing evil bringing hope
And driving out all fear
The darkest night will be
Your brightest victory!
O lord is anywhere too dark for you?
Your strength...

Your Cross, O Lord
03:26
|
|||
Your cross, O Lord, taught me to see
That though I fail you every day
Your steadfast love will not fail me
But gladly bears my sin away.
And there I see your holy fire
Consuming sin in mercy’s blood:
What righteousness and love require
To ransom sinners to their God.
Your cross, O Lord, taught me to weep
For there my sin led you away
And e'en the sun did bow in grief
As darkness crowned our darkest day.
And oh, to think that I once stood
Indifferent to your suffering!
And oh, to see your sweat like blood:
Such depths of sorrow borne for me!
Your cross, O Lord, taught me to love
For there I’ve tasted love divine,
It fills my heart with power enough
To make your costly service mine.
No sin too great to meet with grace,
No enemy too foul to bless.
Your love in wounds of sacrifice;
Teach me, O Lord, to love like this.
Your cross, O Lord, taught me to sing
For now my captive soul is free!
No guilt, no fear, no suffering
Can tear away your love from me!
No song can reach such heights of joy!
No tongue can tell such depths of peace!
No power, no time, can e’er destroy
The eternal praise for Calvary!

Take me to that ancient hill
For towering waves of guilt engulf
But there your steadfast mercy still
Is certain as your wounds of love
Take me to that sacred tree
For weary loads of shame oppress
But there you bore it all for me
And gave me life and joy and rest
There I stand in awe
At your love for me
Give my life and all
At the cross of Calvary
Take me to that splintered wood
For still the Tempter leads astray
But there my wounded victor stood
And crushed the serpent’s head that day
There I stand in awe…
Take me to that ancient hill
And stay there all my earthly days
Rejoicing in your love until
I join with heaven’s eternal praise
There I stand in awe…

No Greater Hope
04:18
|
|||
No greater hope in life than this:
where death had slain, He lies no more.
No greater peace, for I am His;
He'll lead me where He's gone before.
Hallelujah! Praise the risen Lord!
Hallelujah! I am His!
Sting of death removed forever more:
no greater hope in life than this.
No greater hope in life than this:
my sin is paid, my guilt is gone.
His sacrifice, my confidence;
His risen life, my victory song.
Hallelujah! Praise the risen Lord…
No greater hope in life than this:
the firstfruits of a multitude,
His risen life, a gracious gift
and all who come will be renewed.
Hallelujah! Praise the risen Lord…
No greater hope in life than this,
a hope no sorrow can remove
for Jesus lives and I am His
and none can take me from His love.
Hallelujah! Praise the risen Lord…
