'If Christ is Mine' celebrates the sufficiency of Christ for the believer. We are united with him in all his fullness - all of Christ is all of ours. He is enough.

Sam (lyricist) writes: "I was preaching through the book of Colossians at the church he pastors, and we were all repeatedly struck by Paul's insistence that if you have Christ, you have all you need. You never need more than Jesus- you only ever need more of Him. I wrote this song as a reflection on that wonderful truth - Christ is completely sufficient. We are united with him in all his fullness: all of Christ is all of mine! He is enough even 'if all I have is stripped away'. and knowing this will bring us deep joy and security as believers.
